today went for sir xinde trg shiok ar! but a bit sad very few ppl came onli ( me , deves, wilson, albert n yu zhe ). First run up de stairs then 1 leg hop 2 leg hop .... but i skip quite a few heh heh. then the guys have to piggy back another guy up de stairs O man its very xin ku! How lucky m i to b a gal! yeap then do some kicks ... as usual. wa then hav to spar wif de guys hmm then i scare lo don quite dare to kick ... mus gan gan kick! then do skippin , jumpin jacks n crunches. wahaha like tt sure can jian fei sia! Whether i comin down a not nex sun heh heh... c first ba ... but mus say de trg nice ar!
